Description
NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) sought to commission a Community Connectors & Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub for Spalding (Including South Lincs Rural). Lot 12. Community Connectors lead on local community development initiatives with the aim of re-connecting people with their communities, understanding not only what communities provide but how to make the best use of community assets.
