Gilbert White and the Oates Collections - Car Park and Gardeners Area Renovation Works

Gilbert White & The Oates Collections are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Landscaping Contractor, who will be acting as Principal Contractor under the terms of the CDM Regulations 2015, to redevelop both the land at The Field Study Centre - Upper Car Park to provide new car parking spaces and renovations to the existing parking layout and also complete the enabling, groundwork and substructure installations for works to a Gardeners Facility. The works will include the Enabling Works, Hard Landscaping, Landscape Works to the Gardener's Area, Architectural Works to Gardener's Area, Soft Landscaping Preliminary Works and Trees, Hedge and Native Shrub/Ground-Cover installations. It is intended that the JCLI Works Contract 2012 will be implemented for the works.
