Legionella Risk Assessments

The Northern Lighthouse Board is seeking to appoint a Contractor who will:- 1. Undertake Legionella Risk assessments, remedial works and implement necessary control measures and testing regimes to all buildings, structures or assets with hot and cold water systems and services at all easily accessible road end sites (33No.) 2. For remote sites (33No.) the Contractor will carry out a desk top risk assessment based on information provided by NLB. 3. The Contractor will provide suitable and sufficient training to NLB Technicians to allow them to gather the appropriate information on the remote sites. The sites will be within mainland Scotland surrounding islands including Orkney and Shetland and Isle of Man.
