Description
Staffordshire County Council would like to hear from suppliers who can provide a training room all year round to accommodate a maximum of 26 people. Do you have a training room that meets the below requirements: • Capable of accommodating 24/26 delegates (cabaret style) in area of not less than 42 sq. m or 450 sq. ft • Is the room square or rectangular • Is the room clear of any pillars or any other physical barriers • Disability parking • Adequate number of toilets and clearly signed for delegates • Does the room have appropriately sized projection screens or monitors This opportunity is divided into nine lots split by location and time required, they are: • Lot 1 - Newcastle under Lyme District / Stoke on Trent - Training Room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round for at least four (4) full days per week, this may include Saturday • Lot 2 - Newcastle under Lyme District / Stoke on Trent - Training Room to be available from 10am to 8.30pm all year round for one weekday (Mon-Fri) per week • Lot 3 - East Staffordshire - Training Room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round for at least four (4) full days per week, this may include Saturday's • Lot 4 - Cannock Chase District / South Staffordshire - Training Room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round for at least four (4) full days per week, this may include Saturday's • Lot 5 - Lichfield District / Tamworth District - Training Room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round for at least four (4) full days per week, this may include Saturday's • Lot 6 - No geographical restrictions - Training Room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round for one to two weekdays (Mon-Fri) per month. Including tea, coffee, water and the necessary compliments i.e. milk, sugar which are to be available prior to the course commencing and during the morning and afternoon breaks. In addition, a buffet lunch either hot or cold is to be provided for approximately 15 people. Lots 1 to 5 also require tea, coffee, water and the necessary compliments i.e. milk, sugar which are to be available prior to each course commencing and replenished for each course break. 2 Suppliers to be awarded for Lot 1 and 1 Supplier will be awarded for Lots 2 to 6.
