Description
Within the park, Gadebridge Park Bridge (also known as the White Bridge and the Cranstone Bridge) is a Grade II Listed Structure (listing entry number 1342170), constructed of cast iron is located at the entrance of the park and is a pedestrian crossing over the River Gade. The Bridge has fallen into a state disrepair and the Council are keen for the bridge to be refurbished to its former glory. The Council have had a number of assessments carried out on the bridge in the last few years and this has shown some structural issues that, at this stage poses no immediate risk to the public however the Council are keen for the issues be rectified as part of the works.
