Wigan Council - Fire Door Replacement and Repairs

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Contractor to carry out emergency repairs, supply and fit and maintenance of fire safety equipment such as fire doors, compartmentalisation, fire walls etc. The contract is to ensure competency of contractor and 3rd party approval of the service and materials to meet the Building Safety Bill Fire Safety Act and RRO plus all relevant standards. This ensures the golden thread of evidence and the contractor will also asset tag all new installations. Wigan Council will be utilising Fusion21s Building Safety and Compliance Framework Lots 8 and 9 Passive Fire Protection to run a further competition.
