Electrical Works East Coast Properties

Call off from EN Procure Gen 4- direct award. Vico Homes have recently obtained a number of properties within the YO, HU and DN14 areas which are roughly 10 years old. We do not yet know or understand the volume of emergency and general repairs. But we require a turnaround of emergencies with 24 hours and general repairs within 28 days. This contract will then allow Vico Homes to understand volumes ahead of a full procurement exercise.
