GB-Colchester: Firstsite Consultancy Project

Colchester City Council on behalf of Firstsite Ltd (contracting authority), Lewis Gardens, High Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1JH, conducted a mini competition under the Braintree District Council Construction Consultancy Framework - Ref: EPH21-001 - Lot 2 Building Services Engineering Firstsite has been awarded funding from Arts Council England's capital funding programme to fund the replacement of the lighting within the whole building, upgrade & enhancement of cinema equipment and refurbishment to external elevations of 15 Queen Street, Colchester a multi-tenanted property managed by Firstsite.
