Board Directors Training

The Institute of Directors offer a Chartered Director programme of learning. The Certificate in Company Direction is the first level of a three tier qualification. From a governance point of view the training ensures that board members are suitably trained to perform the responsibilities of effective company board management. Each participant should benefit from improved board/company leadership skills and strategic thinking.
