Description
UK 3 - Planned Procurement Notice Wrexham County Borough Council and Flintshire County Council intend to re-commission its Adult Community Learning provision. The contracted provision will centre around Essential Skills delivery (for accredited and non-accredited learning) and will be embedded within the wider portfolio of Family Learning, generic personal development and wellbeing courses, all designed to improve skill levels and enhance employability opportunities for adults across North East Wales. Wrexham County Borough Council and Flintshire County Council intends to commission two separate contracts – for each respective local authority, to provide a range of community-based learning opportunities to adults aged 19+.
