DPS17 Equine Management

The purpose of this call off is to innovate Equine Management training for residents in the West Midlands, a successful pilot programme has shown that Equine Management training benefits residents experiencing barriers to employment or sustainable careers, especially those with health related or employment related barriers e.g. Ex-offenders, care leavers, those suffering from poor mental health or those residents from deprived communities where the option for employment in the equine sector would have been challenging.
