GB-Swanage: Demolition of Everest Building at Swanage Hospital

Demolition shall include for the total removal of existing buildings as follows;  Main Building - two storey plain tile timber and flat roofed building with mixture of solid and suspended timber floors. First floor is timber suspended.  Isolated Garage - timber framed with corrugated galvanised cladding to walls and roof. Internal cladding T & G timber boarding Garage is built into earth bank approx. 750mm deep.  Two Rear gardeners sheds- mixture of block and timber single storey sheds with felt timber flat roofs
