English Heritage (EH) Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Program - AWARD

Leadership & Management Apprenticeships In May 2017 the government introduced the Apprenticeship Levy for all employers with an annual pay bill of over £3 million. English Heritage is an Apprenticeship Levy paying employer, and the levy is charged at the equivalent to 0.5% of our pay bill each year. We are a connected charity to the public sector organisation, Historic England and are currently also subject to a shared apprenticeship public sector target, and 2.3% of our workforce must be annual apprenticeship starts, which we are working towards. The purpose of this specification is to procure apprenticeship training and delivery services for English Heritage staff on the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard, and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship standard.
