Provision for Specialist Consultants

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) have an ongoing requirement to engage external specialist expertise to supplement internal workforce capability. This need arises where specific technical knowledge, professional skills, or additional resources is required to support the delivery of defined projects or programmes of work. Consultants may therefore be appointed to undertake discrete pieces of work, provide short-term capacity, or offer specialist input that is not available within the existing establishment.
