Description

We require a supplier to provide software to run internal staff surveys at Audit Wales. The successful supplier will provide secure access to a software platform through which Audit Wales staff with administrative permissions can create bilingual staff surveys (Welsh and English), either on a bespoke basis or through using/adapting suggested templates.

Demonstration / Q&A SessionUp to the three highest-scoring bidders will be invited to demonstrate their relevant digital software platform and how it meets the specification as follows: Bidders should structure the demonstration around an end-to-end scenario and show the platform in use. As a minimum, the demonstration should evidence how the platform meets the Specification of Requirements in relation to: (i) creating a bilingual (Welsh and English) survey (including page-level language toggling where applicable), using templates and/or bespoke questions. (ii) distribution via unique links (or equivalent) and reminders, including confidentiality/anonymity controls. (iii) participant experience on mobile and accessibility features aligned to WCAG 2.2 AA (or equivalent), including compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies. (iv) live fieldwork monitoring (participation rates and interim reporting); (v) analysis and reporting after fieldwork, including content analysis of free-text responses and calculation of relevant survey metrics; (vi) workflow for redacting free-text comments prior to sharing. (vii) producing and sharing tailored reports with different internal audiences (including role-based access/permissions); and (viii) security and data protection controls available within the platform (e.g., user management, audit trail/logs, data retention/deletion controls) and the ability to insert a link to the WAO privacy notice for a survey. The demonstration should last no longer than 20 minutes. Following the demonstration, bidders will be asked follow-up questions relating to their demonstration.quality20.00%
