Mystery Shopper - Passholder Checking

The Corporate Officer of the House of Lords and the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons, acting jointly, ("the Authority") is seeking a Supplier to provide Passholder checking services across all of Parliamentary staff and report on any potential bias by the testing pool, utilising metrics.
