Description
North Yorkshire Health and Social Care Commissioners* (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to assist with drafting a potential future tender specification for the re-procurement of an Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service (ICELS) to maximise reablement and rehabilitation pathways as an alternative to secondary care, maintaining independence following a hospital stay, thus avoiding unnecessary admissions and delayed discharges and to promote people living in their own homes. *The North Yorkshire Health and Social Care Commissioners are: • North Yorkshire Council • NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB: York and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership • NHS West Yorkshire ICB (Craven)
