Leadership and Management Training 2022

The pandemic has provided Torbay Council with the opportunity to review the way we work; the Authority is moving away from the traditional office-based locations for work and moving towards home and hybrid working. As such, our need for classroom-based training is being reviewed with the intention to provide virtual training for our leadership and management training. As such, Torbay Council is looking to identify a single provider to deliver a series of virtual sessions covering core management and leadership skills.
