Newcastle City Council has awarded a contract for a diary and ceremony booking system that supports its registration service responsibilities. The system supports the following: • Appointment bookings for statutory and non-statutory services including the registration of births and deaths, notice of marriage and civil partnership and Citizenship • Online copy certificate applications and online appointment bookings • Ceremony bookings • Reporting • A minimum of 150 users with varying access levels • Records management for the archiving and storage of certificates.
