Description
Wolverhampton City Council (CWC) is seeking specialist consultancy support for the development of Phase 2 of the A449 Walk, Cycle and Bus Corridor scheme that encompasses the section of the A449 lying between Bee Lane in the north to Gorsebrook Road junction in the south. This work is important to confirm a preferred option/s for improving the infrastructure along the Phase 2 section to support increased levels of cycling, walking and public transport use, compliant with current design guidance, and informed by a good understanding of current traffic, pedestrian and cyclist conditions and demands along the corridor.
