Multi Storey Flats Window Cleaning

Work will include the cleaning of all internal and external glazing of external windows in High Rise communal areas on all floors, including all UPVC frames and vandal proof screens where present at first floor level and Perspex canopies. Work is to be provided once a year for 100 High Rise Blocks. The initial contract period is 3 years, with up to 2 x 24 months extensions available.
