Amazon Services Europe S.à r.l. - Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement and the Addendum to the Business Solutions Agreement

Fulfilment services to support the UK COVID-19 Testing Strategy. The maximum value of the contract for the purposes of this notice is the maximum estimated value of the charges payable to Amazon under the contract when it was awarded. However, the contract provided that the services were to be provided by Amazon without charge unless the parties mutually agreed that any charges would be made. Such charges would be calculated in accordance with the terms of the contract. This arrangement also applies to the subsequent extension of the contract which has been agreed between the parties.
