Provision and Support of a Case Management System

HMT has a requirement to buy a Case Management System (CMS) to manage and respond to the high volume of FOI (Freedom of Information) requests, PQs (Parliamentary Questions), MCs (Ministerial Correspondence) and complaints in a timely manner. This tool should assist the collaboration of multiple groups within HMT to manage the drafting, review and approval of each response.
