ESPH CS WDC Farningham Road: Design and Build (ESPH610 TT) - AWARD

Wealden are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to aid with the design and build of an industrial/warehousing facility at Farningham Road in Crowborough. The project will seek to deliver good quality, sustainable business units for the local business community at the same time as generating a sustainable financial return on investment for the Council. Access to the site will be from Farningham Road to the southeast of the site. The site will broadly consist of, two terraced warehouse units, car park (with EV charging points), bin store and a bicycle store. The site has steep banks to the north and west require retaining structures. The site also has a large area of Tree Preservation Orders, also to the north and west (mainly situated on the banks).
