Description
Crowle Chapels are 2 small traditional chapels separated by a stone arch in which hangs the bell tower. Both chapels require reparation works to bring them back to usable buildings. Works include: External Install DPC Re-point brickwork Roof repairs including timber treatment Repair bell tower Refurbish and rehang bell Repair 2 x windows Refurbish and paint entrance doors Refurbish arch way using existing stone Install new stone cross Remove foliage, rubbish and debris from site. Clean gutters Left Chapel (Workshop and store with separated public accessible toilet) Internal Install DPC and floor slab Install a public accessible toilet. (This will include all entrance repairs and sectioning of the building to main storage/workshop space). Right Chapel (Public service facility and visitors room) Internal Remove quarry tiles, excavate floor, lay new floor slab and DPC and relay quarry tile floor Remove wall panelling Ceiling insulation and plastering Wall lining and re-fix wall panelling Fit window and skirting boards Re-fix pews Install new LED lighting Install new heaters Install new fuse board and double socket electric points For full application and to arrange site visits, please contact the Town Clerk on 01724 710020 or email clerk@crowleandealandcouncil.org
