Sir Francis Barker Recreation Ground FAS Metis Construction design package

To develop the previously delivered detailed design package to a full construction pack. Construction pack to include all drawings, details, setting out information and specification needed for a contractor to provide a comprehensive quotation and carry out the works without further queries. A blank itemised price list / BoQ with construction cost estimate is to be provided. The layout and design are to be adapted, where feasible and cost effective, to include comments received from client officers and key stakeholders.
