Mini - Competition (for Lot 1.1) using the Housing Related Support Services Framework

Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) conducted this procurement using the restricted procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of a further competition for lot 1.1, using the Housing related Support Services (HRS) Framework. The Authority sought interested and qualified Providers to supply & deliver 24/7 Accommodation Based Support for 44 units, Housing Related Support Services for lot 1.1 by entering in to a 2 year framework, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month period or periods. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to service review and satisfactory performance. Hull Resettlement Project are awarded 3 additional units via this call off.
