Marketing and Communications Support

We wish to appoint a consultancy service to develop and deliver Growth Platform's Local Growth Hub marketing and communications activity, to communicate clearly its offer to businesses within the Liverpool City Region and signpost them to the support and advice that is on offer to help them grow. In order to do this, an agency will be appointed to: • Provide strategy advice and guidance to continuously improve the Local Growth Hub Service and comms • Plan and deliver key campaigns • Strategically support the Growth Platform's communications and marketing team with wider initiatives such as sector campaigns and virtual event programmes • Lead on video strategy, planning and construction • Measure and evaluation of the performance of marketing campaigns and ROI
