2117 Brackenhurst Hall Stonework Repairs

The Scope of the works is the complete structural stone repairs to stabilise the South-East Wing Corner and to include general Helfix repairs to various elevations, together with stone balustrade removal and reinstatement to suit the roof installation, together with any repairs to balustrade. The package also includes re pointing of Chimneys. We would be looking for a start on site as soon as possible. Realistically the earliest (allowing for tender period) 1st November 2021 and a completion within 30 weeks
