Building Cleaning Services

Berneslai Homes requires a suitably qualified supplier for the performance of Building Cleaning Services. In general the service will comprise of the cleaning of the communal areas of Independent Living Schemes, General Let flats, Central Offices, Community Centres and Stand-Alone Communal Laundries in Berneslai Homes managed buildings across the borough of Barnsley. Stage 1 - Applicants must pass this stage to be considered for invitation to submit a tender at Stage 2 of the process. Stage 2 - It is envisaged that the highest scoring 5 suppliers from Stage 1 will be invited to tender at the restricted Stage 2 of the process.
