Microsoft Unified Support (only available from Microsoft)

National Energy System Operator (NESO) has awarded a call-off contract under the CCS G-Cloud 14 Framework (RM1557.14) for the provision of Microsoft Unified Support services. The contract provides technical support, proactive advisory services, service management, and escalation support for NESO's Microsoft technology estate, helping to ensure the continued availability, security, and performance of critical business systems.
