Upon the implementation of the Atlassian suite of products (JIRA, CONFLEUENCE) it has been identified that support is required to maximise the effectiveness of its implementation and increase the efficiency of working across organisation boundaries. This can be realised with consultancy support to the design of the JIRA Service line instances and by ensuring that staff receive adequate training. Consultancy - To undertake consultancy services on a day rate basis to ensure the JIRA designs being developed are coherent across SPISN and with our primary Customer at either Customer premise located in the West Midland or Bristol. JIRA Training - To provide training via a virtual platform ( MS teams or Skype) across the Atlassian suite.
