Board Management Software

The Defence Reform Act 2014 established the Single Source Regulations Office ("SSRO") as an independent regulator of the UK Government's procurement of single source military equipment and services. The SSRO is the custodian of the single source procurement framework and has several functions under the Act and the Single Source Contract Regulations 2014. The SSRO is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver its Board Management System and associated software support services. The SSRO requires the service to ensure efficient and effective discharge of its functions. The scope of the procurement includes provision of a Board Management System package, the development and administration of the system and end user training and ongoing support. It also covers the management of the SSRO's data ensuring that it is kept safe, secure and available. The SSRO is seeking to appoint one supplier to the contract, which will run for a term of 37 months (including 1 month set up) plus an optional extension of 12 months.
