Wigan Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced furniture company to provide furniture items, window dressings and accessories to our new Extra Care Scheme. The project is a 32 apartment two storey building comprising of 28 x 1 bed apartments, 2 x 1 bed wheelchair accessible apartments and 2 x 2 bed apartments. The scheme is designed to meet specific needs within the Borough, through the provision of extra care housing with some special design features for older persons and to aid their independence and for a comfortable place to live
