The West Midlands CYP SARC (Darlaston) premises lease is set to expire. A premises options appraisal has been completed and an alternative long-term location identified. As NHSE will be paying for the remedial work, the appointment of an quantity surveyor, and associated professionals, is required to ensure value for money and an appropriate and proportionate approach is taken to all advised and agreed building work which also meets all national and regulatory standards.
