Parking Services car park management system

Provision, maintenance and support of one barriered, ANPR, ticketless pay on exit (pay on foot) parking management solution in a combined multi-storey/surface car park, i.e. Bridgeway car park, in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Contract includes provision, installation and commissioning of equipment, back-office and IT systems but excludes ground works. Annual maintenance and support is required over the life of the contract, however, the cost for these are excluded from the indicative costs set out in section 1 of this notice. In addition, the Spend profile detailed above for 2016/17 is indicative only but indicates that the costs of the equipment, installation and commissioning relate to this financial year. The approach to market date of 11/10/2016 is the planned date for the OJEU Contract Notice to be posted, however this date is subject to change. Please note the Contract Start and Contract End dates are the planned contract dates and are subject to change.
