Description
The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) is seeking to commission research focused on Young People & Place across the GBSLEP geography. The brief is split into two sections, including a literature review and focused piece of local research to understand the issues facing our younger communities in relation to Place culminating in reporting of findings & recommendations. This research brief supports the recently launched GBSLEP Young People Strategy and is linked to the Strategic Economic Plan objectives of developing thriving towns and local centres. This commission will play an important role in shaping the future approach to and investment in places which could directly benefit young people and their futures. This research, and the opportunities identified, will be used to inform future thinking and will be shared with a variety of stakeholders including those supporting the future vitality of our varied locations. The engagement undertaken with young people will demonstrate the commitment of GBSLEP to supporting our future generations and the way they engage with opportunities and their environment. To Apply please follow the instructions in the Bid documents which can be found here: https://gbslep.co.uk/tenders/tender-opportunities/13/gbslep-young-people-place/
