Description
Thirteen Group require a suitably qualified contractor to carry out servicing and maintenance & repairs of all types of Smoke Ventilation / Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) currently installed within Thirteen Housing Group buildings. As stated in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 England and Wales building owners are responsible for ensuring fire safety systems are correctly maintained. THG therefore require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the servicing of all Smoke Ventilation / Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) within Thirteen Group high rise properties and commercial buildings in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. Contractors must be registered and hold membership of UK Fire Association, British Approvals for Fire Equipment, FIRAS, The British Fire Consortium or similar approved. Engineers / Technicians must hold all relevant certifications.
