This procurement is for provision of a fully managed digital platform/tool that uses the latest national, regional and local guidelines to support healthcare professionals to identify patients at risk of cancer and advise on the most appropriate pathway (be it a test, investigation or referral) based on the services available locally. The tool must be fully personalised to each practice and hold the latest standardised Cancer Alliance digital 2WW referral forms, and patient information leaflets for GP's to use during consultation.
