Description
Commercial Contract Management support to the Command & Control (C&C) project providing the following; Commercial management and delivery of the procurement phase of the C&C project, including facilitation of and attendance at ad hoc MPS meetings, supplier meetings, project governance and other meetings as required. Providing commercial leadership and knowledge to the C&C project enabling a successful procurement phase to be completed. This will suppoprt the delivery of a long term, value for money contract to the MPS for Command & Control system and support services. The outputs/deliverables shown below will be defined more fully in the contract and those definitions will prevail in any discussions regarding the delivery of the service. Deliverables/Project Outputs • Progress Reports on procurement phase (as required) - Produce progress report in standard project format. • Spend Profile - Support MPS Finance in develoinmg a spend profile based upon the winning bidders submission • Contract Management Development - Develop contract summary to enable effective management of the services by non-commercial staff. • Development of guides and process - Within Commercial Contract Management plan. • Development of Commercial Contract Management Plan - Material events and risks, with appropriate advice. Aligned to 'guides and processes'. • Relationship/Vendor Management Guide • Benefits Realisation - Provide information to MPS Benefits Realistion team as requested. • Handover Documentation - Encapsulating all points, including working in collaboration with C&C Contract Manager
