Description
Staffordshire County Council (SCC) require a Managed Training Service provider to support its Learning and Development team in the delivery of some of their priorities. There are five categories: 1. Supporting Colleagues During Review. This category focuses on supporting our colleagues during organisation reviews of operating models which may lead to restructures and/or people moving on from our organisation. 2. Leadership and Management Development. This category focuses on developing our leaders and managers for the skills they need now and, in the future, so that they can perform at their best and support the workforce to their best within the organisation. 3. Developing Skills for Now and the Future. This category focuses on developing the skills of our colleagues so that they can perform at their best within the organisation. 4. Digital Skills. This category focuses on developing the digital skills offer available to the workforce supporting evolving smart working practices, learning offers and changes in technology. Ad Hoc Training Requirements. As SCC evolves and responds to the needs of Staffordshire, we may require the MTS to support us with some ad-hoc training requirements.
