For the appointment of a supplier to provide traffic data collection services. Worcestershire County Council deliver road, rail and public realm schemes as part of our Major Projects portfolio. As part of funding agreements, we have a commitment to assess these schemes against Objectives outlined in the pre-construction stage of project development and includes the post-construction monitoring & evaluation of 11 of our major schemes, as per the Department for Transport Monitoring & Evaluation Framework.
