The Provision of Automatic Fire Suppression and Fire and Sprinkler Systems Maintenance And Services

The Council is looking for a Contractor to carry out the Services in compliance with this Specification in a manner that will maintain the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Council's buildings and deliver repairs and effective planned and preventative maintenance. In providing the Services, the Contractor shall carry out all activities necessary for the continual running and efficient use of all specified equipment. These activities shall include but are not limited to performing: • Effective and efficient reactive repairs; • Planned maintenance to ensure the Automatic fire suppression and Sprinkler systems are kept in good working order and are compliant with all legal and environmental requirements. and • All other tasks outlined in this Specification.
