Description
Portsmouth City Council is inviting quotes from suitably qualified suppliers to design, build, deploy and ongoing hosting and support of the D-Day Museum's website. The new website is in support of the redevelopment of the physical museum building and displays, and future activity. The design and style should consider the future rollout and integration of new website(s) with and for the other PCC museums. There should be some online relationship between the D-Day Museum website and the websites for other museums run by PCC. The website must be format responsive. Specifically, suitable for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone presentation. The website needs to present standard information to support any visitor requirements, in addition new functionality is to be developed. The initial Contract period will be for 5 years with the possibility of extending the term by a further four years to a maximum term of nine years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties. The estimated value of the contract is £60,000 for the website development in addition to any on-going annual charges, for example hosting and technical support. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is 5th May 2017 at 2pm.
