Reconfiguration Works - Salus Centre

The aim of this Tender is to procure a Main Contractor to reconfigure the Salus Centre ay Southport General District Hospital. This will require building, mechanical and electrical works. e quotation for building, mechanical and electrical works for the refurbishment of the Salus Centre at Southport General District Hospital. A 93.44m2 single permanent building: design and floor space to achieve 3 new discharge bays, 1 new isolation room, 1 new linen cupboard, 1 new DDA accessible bathroom Part M pack,1 new sluice and 1 new nurse/consultant office and kitchen. The project will need to be completed with minimal impact on the services we provide to our patients.
