Description

The Council has procure a Facilities Management (FM) Service provider to deliver its full range of FM services from 1st April 2025 3.3 It is anticipated the Facilities Management contract will broadly cover the following core services. Hard FM Soft FM Management of Traveller sites Security and commissionaire services Property Service Centre Various Managed Services The above services are provided at specific services designated on the affected property list to more than 650 sites.
