Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement a new brand identity for The Lights theatre in Andover, Hampshire. The Lights is a much loved and well-established venue in the town, with a strong reputation for professional and community programming. The market town of Andover is currently undergoing major redevelopment, following the adoption of an ambitious masterplan in 2020, the flagship project of which is the delivery of a new, state-of-the-art venue for The Lights, in a new location within the town centre. The long-term goal of the new venue is to act as a sustained catalyst to draw a high volume of people into the town centre across both the daytime and evening economy. It is critical that the new brand builds on the existing brand equity and resonates with customers (both existing and potential), residents, businesses and talent managers/booking agents, as well as other key internal stakeholders. Therefore, a major element of the contract will involve engaging with those key stakeholders and demonstrating an understanding of how to land messaging with key audiences. The new brand and all associated work must be ready and complete by Friday 11 September 2026.
