The provision of beach management works. The principal objective of the works is to maintain the existing standard of coastal defences along the Folkestone & Hythe District Council frontage between Fisherman's Beach, Hythe to the Harbour at Folkestone in order to maintain the standard of protection. Estimated contract value £2.3m (excl. VAT). Actual value of work will may vary each year depending on the programme of beach recycling works needed each season and any requirement for adhoc or emergency works.
