Virtual Learning Environment

This contract award is through the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) 'IT Solutions 2 (Digital Workplace Solutions)' framework. The direct award is for a virtual learning environment SaaS solution, which comes with extra data storage, a production, staging and test environmental, among other online capabilities to help develop and enhance the University's online virtual learning environment. This web-based virtual learning environment and learning management system is to facilitate online teaching, learning, community building, and knowledge sharing at the University. The solution allows for course management, customisable open architecture, and scalable design which integrates with the University's student information system and authentication protocols.
