This Framework will be an agreement with a single primary Supplier, to establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during a given period.\r \r Services may be requested under the Framework Agreement as and when required, according to needs of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP). Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) will call off services from the Supplier as laid out under the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement.
